Aerial Hoop – Bird’s Nest

You can enter this from hocks. Hold on to the hoop with your hands in an overhand grip. Partially straighten your legs and hook your feet on the hoop (one by one if you’re not sure how). Then you can uncurl your body and look forward. This move is not physically very difficult, but the technique can be tricky to get – it doesn’t feel very natural. Once you figure it out it becomes easy.
