Aerial Hoop – Mermaid

Also called Angel sometimes.

If leaning to the right (for left, use opposite directions): From a sitting position on the hoop, bring left hand to the top bar. Slowly lean out to the right and simultaneously straighten your legs, so that your shins touch the hoop. Hips start off facing to the side but at the end should be pointing down. Extend your right arm forward.
